Red Nose Day, Friday March 17th – a date always circled on local community choir Got 2 Sing’s calendar!

Members entered into the spirit of Comic Relief, raising smiles and money by wearing their red noses and  ‘Mr Men’ and ‘Little Miss’ T-shirts and costumes at their rehearsals, raising over £1,000 in the process!

Beth Dunn, founder and director of ‘Got 2 Sing’ commented, “Red Nose Day, as it is famously known, gives us a wonderful opportunity to have a little fun and raise funds for this amazing charity. It’s good to know we have played a part in funding some incredible projects, in the UK and Africa to tackle projects which address poverty and injustice. In between the giggles we still managed to have a very productive rehearsal and I feel extremely blessed to have such fantastic members who are happy to enter into the spirit!”
